At Flowfolk, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items. However, we may offer replacements, store credit, or refunds for eligible issues as outlined below.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flowfolkteam@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

All orders are insured while in transit. If your package is lost before being marked as delivered, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced after delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will provide reasonable assistance when possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Orders that cannot be delivered

  • Products received damaged or defective

  • Incorrect items shipped by Flowfolk

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customer preference or change of mind

  • Taste, smell, texture, or personal product experience

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly.

Flowfolk reserves the right to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks and may provide order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and customer communications to the payment processor or financial institution as supporting documentation.
